  • In 2004, we handled the Equity Bank Plc  Private Placement of 2.08 Billion units of Ordinary Shares of 50kobo each at N1.50 and Rights Issue of 2.4 Billion Ordinary Shares at N.25.
  • In 2004, we handled the Gateway Bank Plc Rights Issue Offer for Subscription of 1.2 Billion units of Ordinary Shares of 50kobo each at N1.75 per Share
  • In 2004, we handled the A-Z Mutual Funds Offer for Subscription of 500million units of Ordinary Shares of 50kobo each at N1.00 per Share
  • In 2004, we handled the Green Palm Limited Private Placement of 100million units of Ordinary Shares of N1.00 each at N1.00 per Share
  • In 2004, we handled the Oil Palm Industries Limited Private Placement of 100million units of Ordinary Shares of N1.00 each at N1.00 per Share
  • In 2004, we handled the Cards Technology Limited  Private Placement of 235 million units of Ordinary Shares of N1.00 at N1.90 per Share
  • In 2004, we acted as an Issuing House to Cakasa (Nig)  Company Limited  Private Placement of 60 million units of Ordinary Shares of N1.00 at N1.50 per Share
  • In 2004, we acted as an Issuing House to Cakasa (Nig)  Company Limited  Rights Issue of 440 million units of Ordinary Shares of N1.00 at N1.20 per Share
  • In 2003, we successfully handled Wapic Insurance Plc  N360 million recapitalisation exercise
  • In 2002, we acted as Issuing House to Wema Bank Plc N3.1 billion Rights Issue.
  • In 2001, we successfully carried out a re-engineering exercise on Gateway Bank Plc, hitherto a state owned bank. The re-engineering resulted in the substantial divestment of the Ogun State Government, and the introduction of a core investor (Associated Discount House Limited).  The transaction was valued at 411 million.
  •  In 2000, when Wema Bank Plc, a first generation bank needed  funds to capitalise on business opportunities available to it, they turned to Intercontinental to raise N986 million.
  • In 1999, the National Insurance Commission (NAICOM) appointed us as sole adviser to assist them in the restructuring, reorganisation and recapitalisation of six (6) distressed insurance companies in 1999.
  • Also,In 1999 when Security Assurance Plc was to embark on a restructuring/recapitalisation exercise to raise N60 million, they choose us, based on our demonstrated expertise.
  • In recognition of our restructuring expertise, the Bureau of Public Enterprises in 1999, appointed us as financial adviser for the divestment by the Federal Government of its equity stake in NAL  Bank Plc.
  •  In 1998, we acted as issuing house, to the Initial Public Offer of Liberty Bank Plc.  The Bank raised N525 million.
  • In 1997, we acted as financial adviser/issuing house on the  recapitalisation of Eko International Bank Plc.  The exercise raised N465 million.
  • In 1997, we acted as financial adviser/issuing house on the  recapitalisation of Trade Bank Plc.  The sum of N420 million was raised.  
  • In 1997, we acted as financial adviser/issuing house on the  recapitalisation and restructuring of West African Provincial Insurance Company Plc (WAPIC) to the tune of N86 million
  • In 1996 we acted as financial adviser/issuing house to the public offer(s) of Oluwa Glass Plc and Wema Bank Plc.  A total of N568 million and N250 million were raised in new financing.
  • In 1994 we were the financial advisers/issuing house to the public offer of Unipetrol Nigeria Plc (119 million), a leading petroleum marketing company and Pharma Deko Plc (39 million), an indigenous pharmaceutical company.
  •  In 1993 we acted as the financial adviser/issuing house to Dunlop Nigeria Plc a leading tyre manufacturer in Nigeria when it needed to raise N224 million.
  • In 1993 we acted as the financial adviser/issuing house to Wema Bank Plc when it needed to raise N26.4 million.
  • In 1990, we successfully handled the privatisation of NIYAMCO under privatisation exercise supervised by the then Technical Committee on Privatisation and Commercialisation – TCPC.  The transaction was valued at N2.3 million
