Amongst other appointments in this regard, ICML is leading a consortium of Advisers in the merger of Intercontinental Bank Plc, Equity Bank of Nigeria Plc, Gateway Bank Plc and Global Bank Plc. The merger exercise for these four banks is the largest in Nigeria as at date.
