Capital Markets Group
Headed by Abiola Macaulay, with eleven years experience in the Capital Markets industry addresses and attract candidates for public offering, private placement, management of privatisation fund and corporate combinations. Relationship building is our first priority while emphasis on capital market businesses will be pursued to strengthen the chances of our appointment as Privatisation Consultants.
Financial Advisory Group
Headed by Biodun Sofoluwe, a qualified and experienced financial analyst; specialises in opening up international window to customers as well as prepare companies for mergers & acquisition and trading in sovereign debts i.e. Nigerian Promissory note, Paris Club debt Par bond e.t.c.
Assets Management Group
Headed by Moronke Orelesi, a qualified banker and experienced professional in Funds/Portfolio management. The group aggressively focus on maximising customers’ investments through various investments products, (Portfolio Management), Pension funds management, which would be tailor made to meeting the need of our identified client. The Private Clients Service Unit – operating under the AMG; provides superlative financial services tailored specifically for a selected clientele. Confidentiality and Trust is the rule of the game.
Venture Capital Group
Project Monitoring Group is the custodian of ICML's Credit Risk Policies. They are also responsible for the review, implementation and enforcement of such policy. The Group is also saddled with the task of Project Monitoring and formulation of necessary controls that are necessary to protect ICMLs investments. The group is headed by Mr. Lekan Ewedairo.
Management Information System
Headed by Dokun Ogunba. The unit is saddled with the responsibility of ensuring that the activities of the organisation is effectively and efficiently carried out across the various groups (making recommendations) in line with the laid down management policies.
Internal Control
Headed by Olusola Soname, along with dedicated staff professionally supply necessary support service from the ‘Power House’ to aid sound investment services for our valued customers through preparation of sound market intelligent report, information of system that ensure constant and accurate monitoring and measurement of performance.
Project Monitoring Group
Headed by Simeon Onyejose with over ten years work experience in venture capital activities and verse knowledge on Small and Medium Scale Enterprise (SME) businesses. The group specialises in funding the SMEs using the bank’s SME equity fund. It ensures access of SMEs to facilities in order to improve on the economy.
